What you will do

• Operate specialty machinery to fabricate and assemble products meeting strict quality control standards.
• Calculate dimensional information and interpret technical drawings and work documentation.
• Perform regular quality checks utilizing calipers, gauges, and other measurement devices.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment according to 5S and department safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to solve production problems and drive continuous improvement.
• Cross-train in other departments to ensure operational flexibility and meet business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience demonstrating performance competency.
• Experience operating machinery within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in basic math (counting, addition, subtraction); advanced math/GDT is preferred.
• Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and tape measures.
• Must be able to work onsite in Atlanta, GA.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of the shift.
