What you will do

• Program and operate CMM equipment to measure products against customer specifications.
• Develop and edit CMM programs using specialized software.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation.
• Utilize precision hand measurement tools for quality checks.
• Analyze and troubleshoot machine setups and inspection paths.
• Maintain CMM equipment cleanliness and verify calibration.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen with no dual citizenship (NOFORN requirement).
• At least 4 years of related manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency with PC-DMIS software.
• Ability to read and interpret customer drawings, specifications, and GD&T.
• High school diploma required; Engineering or Technical Bachelor of Science preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Experience with CAM2.
• Proficiency in CAD/Solidworks.
• Experience with FARO Arm and Tracker equipment.
