What you will do

• Own program management for a portfolio of Tier 1 customer engagements from kickoff through go-live and into steady state, improving playbooks, templates, and best practices.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, tracking scope, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and owners; drive execution, unblock work, and escalate when engagement health is at risk.
• Act as the primary program-level point of contact for customers, building trusted relationships with stakeholders up to executive sponsors.
• Run a consistent engagement communication cadence (status updates, steering committee meetings, executive business reviews, and escalations).
• Produce executive-ready reporting that translates technical and operational details into business-relevant narratives.
• Coordinate cross-functionally across Sales, Account Management, Solutions Architecture, Product, Engineering, Support, Operations, and Legal/Compliance while managing multiple concurrent high-touch engagements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of program or project management experience managing large, complex, external-facing engagements (ideally enterprise, institutional, or financial services).
• Based in the US (East Coast) and able to work customer hours across time zones; travel as needed for key milestones and executive meetings.
• Exceptional executive communication skills (written and verbal), comfortable presenting to C-level stakeholders and producing polished executive materials.
• Proven ability to build and drive detailed project plans and hold cross-functional teams accountable without formal authority.
• Strong risk and issue management discipline in fast-moving environments, with the ability to spot problems early and escalate appropriately.
• Ability to structure ambiguous, complex engagements into clear plans, workstreams, and reporting cadences.
