Senior Software Engineer (IAM)

Location: Hybrid in Rotterdam, Netherlands (office attendance required 1-2 days a week)

Salary: €80,000–€90,000

What you will do

• Develop and maintain critical platform components related to governance, identity management, and tenant management.
• Solve complex technical challenges to ensure the platform's architecture is scalable, reliable, and secure.
• Translate customer needs into robust platform capabilities and high-quality software deliveries.
• Lead by technical example, mentoring other engineers and influencing key architectural decisions.
• Operate within a "you build it, you run it" culture, taking full responsibility for code from development to production.

Requirements

• Significant professional software development experience with strong Java proficiency.
• Proven track record of designing and building maintainable and scalable software solutions.
• Must be based in or able to work from Rotterdam, Netherlands to support the hybrid office model.
• Experience with AWS and a solid understanding of Kubernetes and Docker.
• Commitment to working with and mastering the hirify.global low-code application development suite.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python.
• Knowledge of Keycloak for identity and access management.
