Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)
Salary: $20.00 - $24.00/hour (approx. $3,200 - $3,840/month) + commission target of $30,000 - $40,000

What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Develop and execute quarterly business plans to exceed revenue goals and quotas.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast sales activity in Salesforce.
- Build relationships with regional sales reps within distribution and manufacturing partners.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager on regional strategies and implementations.
- Utilize sales tech tools including Outreach.io, Gong.io, and Highspot.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional sales experience.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks under deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for customer relationship management.
Nice to have
- Experience in territory analysis and defining target accounts.
- Proven track record with add-on sales and closing.
- Knowledge of standard sales methodologies and marketing practices.
- Cold calling experience.
