What you will do

  • Coordinate end-to-end operational project timelines for webinars, from kickoff to completion.
  • Manage communication with internal subject matter experts and external speakers, including scheduling and preparation.
  • Organize and lead technical rehearsals to ensure speaker readiness.
  • Support live webinar execution and resolve operational or technical issues in real-time.
  • Coordinate post-webinar follow-up activities with internal teams.
  • Maintain the webinar asset library, including presentations and promotional materials.

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in a degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Clear communication skills and confidence in coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Structured, solution-oriented approach to daily tasks.
  • Interest in B2B marketing, demand generation, or event marketing.
  • Must be based in Munich to support the hybrid work setup.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience coordinating events, webinars, or marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like monday.com, Asana, Jira, or Confluence.
  • Experience with webinar platforms such as ON24, GoTo Webinar, or Microsoft Teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms like HubSpot.
