What you will do

• Support creator identification, recruitment, and management across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube for both the Gaming and Personal Workspace categories.
• Assist with creator procurement, negotiations, and contracting in collaboration with internal and agency partners.
• Help coordinate product seeding and community activation campaigns with local influencers and creators.
• Manage local social media handles in collaboration with marketing agencies.
• Support social media operations for paid and organic initiatives.
• Participate in content review and reporting, using tools such as CreatorIQ and Brandwatch to deliver campaign insights.

Requirements

• Academic background or hands-on experience in marketing, communications, or digital media.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms — especially TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Interest in creator and influencer marketing, including social commerce.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Analytical mindset with confidence in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs) for reporting and presentation.
• Fluent in English (C1/C2); additional local language skills are a strong plus.

Nice to have

• Previous internship or freelance experience in influencer, social media, or brand marketing.
• Familiarity with tools like CreatorIQ, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
• Awareness of gaming, lifestyle, and tech creator communities.
• Enthusiasm for learning how to manage creators and campaigns end-to-end.
