What you will do

• Create and edit multi-channel content (newsletters, app articles, social media, flyers) in German and English.
• Design presentations and decks using PowerPoint, Canva, or Figma.
• Support CRM journey documentation, copy QA, and segment logic across products.
• Conduct competitive research, create positioning materials, and support launch preparation.
• Implement and document AI-assisted marketing workflows to speed up production.
• Prepare marketing reports and dashboards to identify trends and campaign efficiency.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or related fields.
• Native-level German and fluent English proficiency in writing and communication.
• Experience with design tools like PowerPoint, Canva, or Figma.
• Ability to analyze dashboards and translate data into actionable insights.
• Must be based in Germany to comply with the hybrid work policy.

Nice to have

• Experience with tools like Notion, Linear, Customer.io, or HubSpot.
• Basic knowledge of paid social or performance marketing channels.
• Prior exposure to healthcare, pharma, or regulated content environments.
