What you will do

• Plan and execute regional networking events (Energy Connect series) across European cities.
• Coordinate booth logistics and presence at major industry trade shows like E-world Energy & Water.
• Manage end-to-end setup of digital webinars, including speaker coordination and material preparation.
• Create digital banners, printed name tags, and various event collaterals.
• Execute CRM event campaigns, lead forms, and automated email follow-up sequences.
• Track event budgets and analyze post-event metrics for retro alignment.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student studying Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field in Munich (mandatory).
• English proficiency required.
• Ability to travel periodically for events (expenses covered).
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and a "get-things-done" attitude.
