What you will do

• Own the daily and weekly localization run, from request intake in Jira to final delivery in the product.
• Manage the AI-assisted translation pipeline and coordinate weekly linguist review cycles.
• Coordinate monthly product content reviews and apply updates to live strings.
• Perform QA passes on translation batches to resolve functional (truncation, layout) and linguistic bugs.
• Support developers and product teams with content requests and provide string context.
• Maintain word-count trackers and reporting to ensure every request is accounted for.

Requirements

• Prior experience in localization, translation operations, or project coordination within a tech or scale-up environment.
• Hands-on experience with a TMS (Phrase is a strong plus) and ticketing tools like Jira.
• Fluency in AI tools and the ability to critically review AI-generated output.
• Full fluency in English is mandatory.
• Must be based in Paris, France for a hybrid work arrangement.

• Proficiency in French.
