What you will do

• Collect and analyze KPIs from various IT teams to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain the KPI framework to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Prepare reports and presentations for IT management and group stakeholders.
• Develop and disseminate communications within IT teams to ensure consistency.
• Organize and coordinate weekly workshops with IT management and track follow-up actions.
• Provide administrative and project support to the PMO Lead.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Strong interest in project management and IT within the financial sector.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and KPIs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in French and English is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Proficiency in Italian or Portuguese.
