What you will do

• Run the end-to-end production engine for growth creative, managing weekly sprint cycles from brief to delivery.
• Produce native, social-first content for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring an iterative and creator-led approach.
• Source, onboard, and manage relationships with top creator talent and production partners in the French market.
• Own ad trafficking, classification, and asset hygiene using global naming conventions and taxonomies.
• Lead and mentor a content administration team based in Manila to ensure high-pace delivery.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate briefing, asset versioning, localisation, and administrative workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of production experience, specifically with social-first and performance creative.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume, always-on content pipelines on a weekly basis.
• Hands-on expertise in ad trafficking and creative classification for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Experience in people leadership, managing coordinators or administrative staff.
• Excellent proficiency in both French and English.
• Must be based in Paris, France.
