• Manage complex HR initiatives and provide strategic guidance within the People Partnership department.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes to benefit users and employees.

• Proven experience in a Senior HRBP role.
• Experience working within a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid model across Europe.
