What you will do

• Design, configure, and implement LES solutions, including system workflows and equipment integration.
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to optimize lab workflows and reduce production cycle times.
• Provide frontline technical support for LES platforms to ensure high system availability.
• Integrate LES with critical systems like SAP (ERP), LIMS, and shop-floor equipment (PLCs/SCADA).
• Execute and document validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) according to GxP and data integrity standards.
• Develop knowledge materials and train personnel on the effective use of LES systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting LES platforms (e.g., LabVantage, Waters Empower).
• Experience in a GxP-regulated manufacturing environment (pharmaceuticals, biologics, or animal health).
• Knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV) principles and GxP regulations.
• Familiarity with industrial automation concepts, including PLCs and SCADA.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Javascript, and the use of GenAI tools for productivity.

Nice to have

• Strong analytical skills for systematic technical troubleshooting.
• Experience with business process analysis and workflow design.
• Familiarity with Public Cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure or GCP).
• Knowledge of DevSecOps concepts, including Git and CI/CD.
