What you will do

• Deliver and design PLC systems using Studio 5000 Logix Designer.
• Integrate control systems with third-party equipment using standard industrial protocols.
• Develop system architecture focusing on redundancy, resilience, and cybersecurity considerations.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications and test procedures.
• Execute system integration, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT).
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Lead Engineers to ensure high-quality delivery within timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in industrial automation and control systems.
• Expertise in Rockwell Control Logix and Studio 5000 Logix Designer.
• Proven track record in the design, implementation, and testing of PLC solutions.
• Experience managing large-scale engineering documentation in regulated environments.
• Degree or HND/HNC in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Chesterfield, UK.
