Location: Remote (Must reside within territory); in-person client meetings in the Santa Cruz/San Jose, CA area
Salary: $125,400.00 - $181,875.00 base range

What you will do
- Lead advisory service within a dedicated client practice team, building long-term relationships with a dedicated book of high-net-worth clients.
- Deliver first-class client experience across onboarding, financial planning, and investor education.
- Manage relationships proactively and reactively via phone, email, and virtual meetings; retain and grow assets under management.
- Explain and implement the “Personal Strategy” investment strategy aligned to clients’ risk tolerance and objectives; review portfolios and discuss markets/economy.
- Provide holistic financial planning (retirement, income optimization, tax-advantaged savings, education planning) and coordinate with Financial Planning Specialists on complex issues.
- Coordinate client requests with internal departments and effectively delegate, coach, train, and develop colleagues/resources.
Requirements
- Residency requirement: must live in the Santa Cruz/San Jose, CA area (remote role with in-person client meetings based on client needs).
- 10+ years of related experience in financial services and client experience.
- Proven success with high-net-worth clients, complex planning, NPS, and client retention.
- Advanced knowledge of wealth management strategies, financial planning, tax and income optimization, and estate planning.
- Licensing: FINRA Series 65 required; FINRA fingerprinting required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks and present investment portfolios to clients.
