• Execute influencer campaigns for new product launches from concept through post-campaign analysis.
• Source, vet, and build relationships with creators across music, tech, and culture.
• Manage negotiations on rates, deliverables, and timelines with creators and their teams.
• Write creative briefs that balance brand direction with creator authenticity.
• Coordinate with product, brand, and marketing teams to align campaign timing with launches.
• Track and analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversion) to provide actionable takeaways.

Requirements

• Experience running influencer or creator marketing campaigns, ideally for consumer tech, music, or entertainment brands.
• Proven track record of launching campaigns quickly and adapting to rapid changes.
• Sharp instincts for distinguishing authentic content from traditional advertising.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to build processes from scratch.
• Strong written communication skills for briefs, negotiations, and internal updates.
