What you will do

• Manage business relationships and drive client retention and advocacy for assigned accounts.
• Develop and execute time-boxed engagement models to ensure successful identity security program delivery.
• Provide strategic coaching on identity management, compliance, and access request management.
• Collaborate with delivery partners to monitor project statuses and align on mutual plans.
• Identify opportunities for product expansion to maximize client success and company revenue growth.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Strong customer-facing skills and a professional consulting demeanor.
• Ability to communicate complex technical details to non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships with multiple stakeholders.
