What you will do
- Drive alliance design and strategy for post-deal readiness, including governance structures and scorecards.
- Act as the primary expert on alliance contracts, managing amendments and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee alliance governance and executive-level stakeholder relationships.
- Build deep expertise in partner capabilities, culture, and derisking strategies.
- Monitor alliance health and reporting to inform and adjust strategic direction.
- Train multidisciplinary teams on alliance value drivers and best-in-class execution.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Life Sciences Alliance Management, Research, Development, or Commercial areas.
- Proven track record of translating complex alliance contracts into actionable plans.
- Ability to influence senior-level stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects in a matrixed organization.
- Strong negotiation and conflict management skills at the executive level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Adjacent experience in Finance, Business Development, Strategy, or Manufacturing.
- Healthcare consulting experience.
- Advanced degree.
