What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end product design process, including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, and high-fidelity interface design.
• Design user experiences across Salesforce platforms, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds.
• Apply Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) standards to create consistent and efficient user interfaces.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Salesforce Developers to define effective design solutions.
• Conduct usability research and iterate designs based on user feedback and insights.
• Create interactive prototypes and detailed design documentation using Figma.

Requirements

• Salesforce certification required (Certified UX Designer or Platform Strategy Designer).
• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product, UX, or UI Designer.
• Proven experience designing digital products within Salesforce, CRM, or enterprise software environments.
• Advanced proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
