Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid work with remote work allowed up to 2 days per week, or 1 day per week during the first 6 months.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for complex product areas, from problem discovery through high-quality execution, with accountability for product goals, KPIs, and design impact.
• Design and prototype responsive and adaptive experiences that are seamless and accessible across devices.
• Conduct user research into behaviors, needs, and pain points, especially in enterprise contexts, and use insights to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data partners, and stakeholders to shape solutions early and iterate quickly.
• Contribute to product strategy through design, evolve the design system, and advocate for user-centric thinking and design excellence.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a UX Designer working on digital products.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work and measurable business impact.
• Strong UX fundamentals, including interaction design, visual design, and usability.
• Experience turning complex, real-world workflows into simple and intuitive experiences.
• Proven experience collaborating in cross-functional product teams with Product and Engineering.
• Ability to work in ambiguous problem spaces and make informed trade-offs between user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• A hands-on mindset with strong ownership and accountability for outcomes.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions confidently.

• Curiosity and openness toward AI-assisted design tools and new ways of working.
• Fluency or professional proficiency in German.
