What you will do

• Lead the global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to align demand, supply, and financial objectives.
• Direct global supply and demand planning, partnering with Manufacturing and Commercial teams to maintain production forecasts.
• Own the global inventory strategy and optimize working capital performance, including safety stock and deployment strategies.
• Oversee capacity and network planning to identify long-term requirements and support footprint decisions.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, implementing advanced planning systems, AI, and analytics.
• Facilitate monthly executive IBP reviews and lead annual supply, inventory, and capacity planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or Business (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in global supply chain planning, operations, or manufacturing.
• Proven success leading enterprise IBP/S&OP processes within complex global manufacturing organizations (Fortune 500 experience).
• Deep expertise in demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization.
• Strong financial acumen with a track record of improving working capital.
• Legal authorization to work in the USA is required; no sponsorship is provided.
