What you will do

• Develop, manage, and refine production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and operational stability.
• Maintain accurate planning inputs including sales orders, forecasts, and strategic build plans.
• Coordinate with supply chain and production teams to resolve material shortages and schedule disruptions.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments to prevent shortages or obsolescence.
• Ensure planning data integrity, including BOM accuracy, lead times, and capacity parameters.
• Analyze capacity constraints and implement improvements to enhance throughput and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US and comply with the Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
• 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing planning and scheduling.
• Expert-level proficiency in MRP logic, capacity planning, and order policies.
• Strong knowledge of master scheduling, demand management, and cost accounting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data-analysis skills.
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing concepts to improve operational flow.
