What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of research analysts to deliver high-quality, actionable insights.

• Deliver analytics and insights services, including Brand Health, segmentation, and shopper research.
• Identify new business opportunities through day-to-day client engagements.

Requirements

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree with at least 7+ years of experience in market research or consumer insights.
• Proven experience in quantitative market research and the FMCG industry.
• Strong background in client sales and account management.
• Managerial or coaching experience with a focus on team development.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for delivering clear recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
