What you will do

• Support senior management in defining and executing business strategies, growth initiatives, and sales activities.
• Drive management rhythm, governance forums, and leadership meetings, including secretariat responsibilities.
• Partner with market heads on performance analysis, target segment reviews, budget planning, and sales efficiency tracking.
• Act as a single point of contact for Front Office queries regarding onboarding, prioritization, and internal tools.
• Represent the Front Office in bank-wide projects and process enhancement working groups.
• Monitor market financials, client referrals, and cross-functional collaborations to ensure optimal business outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience in a business management capacity.
• Mandatory exposure to Private Banking and familiarity with local private banking regulations.
• Proven experience working directly with Senior Management within a Front Office environment.
• Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills with a delivery-focused mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse corporate environment.
