What you will do

• Build and communicate a clear product strategy for the Business Systems and Monetisation domain.
• Define and prioritize a detailed product roadmap in close collaboration with Engineering and XD.
• Align the product strategy and roadmap with cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Define and implement tracking for key product and commercial metrics with the data team.
• Partner with XD and Engineering to deliver meaningful outcomes and hit domain goals.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Copenhagen, Denmark
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a SaaS environment.
• Experience in defining and executing product strategies and roadmaps from scratch.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with metrics tooling.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with UX/XD and Engineering teams.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• 2-3 years of product management experience in Monetisation, Activation, or Growth.
• 1-2 years of experience in Business Systems or Internal Systems.
• Knowledge of AI techniques.
• Experience in the Workforce Management software space.
