Location: Hybrid (up to 2 days working from home), based in Yeovil, UK

What you will do
- Support the management of lease events, including strategy options, research, and coordination of external advisers.
- Maintain the divisional 18–24 month forward plan for lease events and estate actions.
- Prepare comparables, market evidence, and lease summaries to support negotiation strategies.
- Identify and progress re-gear opportunities and support dilapidations processes at the divisional level.
- Undertake site inspections to support lease strategy, repair strategy, and project scoping.
- Manage reactive estates issues as mini-projects to ensure stores remain safe and operational.
Requirements
- RICS-qualified (MRICS) or in active APC pursuit with a clear timeline.
- Experience in commercial property estate management or lease advisory, ideally within a retail or multi-site environment.
- Working knowledge of occupancy cost management (service charge, rates, and rent).
- Familiarity with dilapidations processes and landlord consents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and property management systems.
- Strong written communication skills for structuring decision-ready documentation.
