What you will do

• Support the management of lease events, including strategy options, research, and coordination of external advisers.
• Maintain the divisional 18–24 month forward plan for lease events and estate actions.
• Prepare comparables, market evidence, and lease summaries to support negotiation strategies.
• Identify and progress re-gear opportunities and support dilapidations processes at the divisional level.
• Undertake site inspections to support lease strategy, repair strategy, and project scoping.
• Manage reactive estates issues as mini-projects to ensure stores remain safe and operational.

Requirements

• RICS-qualified (MRICS) or in active APC pursuit with a clear timeline.
• Experience in commercial property estate management or lease advisory, ideally within a retail or multi-site environment.
• Working knowledge of occupancy cost management (service charge, rates, and rent).
• Familiarity with dilapidations processes and landlord consents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and property management systems.
• Strong written communication skills for structuring decision-ready documentation.
