What you will do

• Develop a cohesive product range aligned with brand strategy and global requirements.
• Collaborate with Design and Merchandising to shape product direction and deliver KPIs.
• Use sales and trend data to anticipate customer needs and optimize range performance.
• Manage relationships with global suppliers and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a team of Assistant Buyers and Buying Assistants.
• Monitor global trends and competitor activity to maintain market competitiveness.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Buyer or Junior Buyer within a fast-paced global retailer.
• Proven ability to drive department success through creative and commercial thinking.
• Strong awareness of current fashion trends, retail market conditions, and competitor activity.
• Highly developed negotiation, influencing, and leadership skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to use data and insights for decision-making.
• Proficiency in trading systems and MS Office.
