What you will do

• Perform installation, commissioning, and preventive and corrective maintenance of hirify.global UPS systems, including the Liebert® series.
• Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting of electrical and control systems to resolve faults and restore uptime.
• Prepare and submit accurate technical service reports and RCARs promptly.
• Provide on-site technical support and training to customers on UPS operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with regional and global support teams to resolve escalations and complex technical issues.
• Maintain all service tools and calibration equipment in good working condition.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in field service, preferably with UPS or power systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, battery systems, and power electronics.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Malaysia (approx. 90% travel).
• Must be legally authorized to work in Malaysia.
