Location: On-site in San Francisco

Compensation: OTE $260K – $307K + Equity

What you will do

• Define the engagement model and standardize adoption playbooks for a specific client vertical.
• Build and lead a multi-layered team of Engagement Associates and Managers, coaching them to act as strategic advisors.
• Own the post-sale customer experience, including onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization.
• Establish operational rhythms such as portfolio reviews, health inspections, and coaching cadences.
• Collaborate with GTM, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to shape the product roadmap based on vertical feedback.
• Manage high-stakes C-suite relationships and lead complex strategic renewals and expansions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, customer success, or account management.
• 5+ years of experience managing client-facing teams, including other managers and team leads.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering change-management programs within large, complex organizations.
• Must be based in San Francisco for on-site work.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to navigate boardrooms and C-suite legal leaders.
• Deep data fluency and operational discipline in managing portfolio metrics.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or Legal Tech.
• Background working with legal, compliance, or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience in early-stage, fast-paced environments where playbooks are built from scratch.
