What you will do

• Drive the creative vision and quality benchmarks across all brand touchpoints.
• Lead integrated campaign development from concept to final execution.
• Mentor and develop a team of designers, copywriters, and digital creatives.
• Partner with strategists to translate business briefs into effective creative solutions.
• Present and defend creative work to senior stakeholders with passion and rationale.
• Champion creative innovation and the use of AI-powered tools to push brand boundaries.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK.
• Considerable experience in creative roles within agencies or in-house teams.
• Proven track record of leading creative teams and developing junior talent.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience presenting to and managing senior stakeholders.
• Background in major consumer brands, ideally in telecommunications or technology.

Nice to have

• Previous in-house agency or brand-side experience.
• Award-winning creative work (D&AD, Cannes, etc.).
• Experience with digital-first campaigns and social content.
• Understanding of agile creative processes.
