What you will do

• Create compelling brand communications across a wide range of projects, channels, and campaigns.
• Act as the custodian of Voy’s visual identity, ensuring effective application across all mediums and scales.
• Lead creative projects autonomously from concept to execution, including narrative and presentation.
• Collaborate with the Product design team to maintain cohesive brand consistency across all surfaces.
• Develop tools, systems, and guidelines to help scale the visual identity as the business grows.
• Direct junior team members and freelancers on creative projects.

Requirements

• Over five years of experience in brand agencies or in-house teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and visual identity development.
• High level of proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience building effective Brand Design Systems and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and handle ambiguity.
• Must be based in London for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D design.
• Motion design skills.
