What you will do

• Lead the creation of UK-focused visual assets for marketing campaigns, social, web, and digital advertising.
• Translate creative briefs into bold, conversion-focused static and motion visuals.
• Produce short-form motion content to elevate brand presence.
• Collaborate with content, video, and performance marketing teams to iterate and scale high-performing visuals.
• Utilize AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL-E, and Runway to enhance ideation and speed up production.
• Maintain and develop UK brand templates and scalable visual systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or creative content roles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first design and visual storytelling.
• Expertise in layout, composition, typography, and brand systems.
• Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience producing short-form ads, social videos, or performance creatives.
