TL;DR
Design Lead (Graphic Design): Leading the design team's delivery of exceptional visual work across all brand touchpoints with an accent on brand consistency and integrated campaign execution. Location: Hybrid (London, UK) - Must be based in London (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

What you will do
- Lead the design execution of integrated campaigns, translating creative concepts into outstanding visual work across digital, print, social, outdoor, and retail channels.
- Manage and inspire a team of graphic and digital designers, fostering a collaborative culture and strategically allocating work based on capacity and skills.
- Partner with copywriters and the Principal Creative to develop bold, culturally relevant campaign ideas and original creative concepts.
- Champion and evolve the brand's visual identity, ensuring all creative output meets high standards of quality, accessibility, and brand integrity.
- Develop and maintain design systems, templates, and workflows to increase efficiency without sacrificing creativity.
- Coordinate with production partners, printers, and suppliers to ensure all technical specifications are met.
Requirements
- Strong professional experience in graphic or visual design with a portfolio demonstrating versatility across multiple media.
- Proven track record of managing or leading design teams and mentoring junior designers.
- Experience working on major consumer brands, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sectors.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and digital design tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Experience delivering integrated campaigns from the initial concept through to final execution.
- Location: Must be based in London to support a hybrid work model.
Nice to have
- Previous experience within an in-house agency or brand-side design environment.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
- Familiarity with motion design or basic animation tools such as After Effects.
- Experience developing brand guidelines or design systems.
- Experience working with agile methodologies.
