What you will do
- Partner with strategic APAC customers to design and operationalize AI transformation roadmaps and operational plans.
- Translate business KPIs into portfolio-level AI initiatives, assessing value, effort, and feasibility.
- Define and evangelize reference architectures, integration standards, and AI design patterns across customer ecosystems.
- Deliver rapid POC and MVP implementations using Cloud AI Studio and Copilot.
- Integrate AI components with customer CRM, ERP, and other third-party systems.
- Mentor customer and partner teams to build long-term AI maturity and self-sufficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Data Science or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years implementing CX, CRM, or AI orchestration platforms.
- 3+ years in solution architecture, systems integration, or AI-enabled process design.
- Demonstrated experience with APIs, data pipelines, and modern cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Expertise in REST APIs, event-driven architecture, JSON, and SQL.
- Must be based in Singapore.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with industry verticals such as Insurance, Healthcare, Banking, Retail, or Public Sector.
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI.
