Sr. Specialist Solutions Architect, GenAI, AWS (AI)

What you will do

• Engage CxO/VP and technical stakeholders to ease AWS adoption, develop pipeline, secure lighthouse customers, and drive top-line revenue.
• Provide technical thought leadership to startup founders and demonstrate AWS values through trusted-advisor guidance.
• Develop and deploy programs leveraging AWS Field Solution Architect teams and technology/consulting partner channels.
• Collaborate with AWS product and technical teams to create solutions, including reference architectures, patterns, automation, and release plans.
• Enable the field by guiding internal technical subject matter experts and creating field enablement materials for integrating AWS GenAI solutions into customer architectures.
• Build relationships with startup decision makers and builders, ensuring best practices for adopting AWS AI services for inferencing and agentic workloads.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing technical, enterprise customer-facing resources (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business applications.
• 7+ years designing, implementing, or consulting on distributed applications.
• Experience speaking comfortably with startup executives and developers, with strong data-based storytelling.
• Ability to design, deploy, and evaluate LLM-powered agents and tools, including orchestration approaches.
• Cloud expertise demonstrated by one or more cloud certifications.

Nice to have

• Startup background and experience at a VC or PE-backed firm in a Technical Executive capacity.
• Familiarity with open-source software and startup development tools/methodologies.
• Advanced degree (engineering, computer science, or MIS).
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
