What you will do

• Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that drive revenue.
• Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot through deployment.
• Partner with large enterprises and startups to build AI agents that transform operations.
• Guide the evolution of hirify.global's core platform based on customer interactions.

Requirements

• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments.
• A builder's mindset with high agency to overcome obstacles and ship.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production.
• Founder or founding engineer experience.
• Familiarity with tools that power AI agents: eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
• Prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go.
• Previous roles interfacing with customers or leading technical projects with external stakeholders.
