What you will do

• Develop and deploy production-grade GenAI solutions using Mosaic AI research techniques.
• Own the end-to-end rollout of consumer and internal GenAI applications.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers across diverse domains.
• Present technical insights at industry conferences like Data + AI Summit.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is required.
• Extensive industry experience in data science and machine learning.
• Expertise in building GenAI applications including RAG, multi-agent systems, and fine-tuning.
• Experience deploying production-grade ML on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Preference for candidates who also speak Mandarin.

Nice to have

• Experience using the Databricks Intelligence Platform.
