What you will do

• Take full ownership of the company's online presence, including website updates, SEO, and multi-channel social media management.
• Lead AI-assisted creative production to produce high-quality graphics, short-form videos, and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) in collaboration with an external performance agency.
• Transform AI-generated drafts into polished, platform-specific copy that reflects the founder's voice.
• Execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, automations, and nurture sequences.
• Track and report on key performance metrics such as CPA, CTR, and ROAS across all marketing channels.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing a complete digital marketing function.
• Daily proficiency with AI tools for research, content creation, design, and workflow automation.
• Proven experience managing LinkedIn and other social media platforms, as well as monitoring Google and Meta Ads.
• Ability to create visual assets using tools like Canva, Figma, and CapCut.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Required: Minimum four hours overlap with Australian business hours (AEST).

Nice to have

• Experience in Financial Services, Commercial Lending, Mortgage Broking, Insurance, or Banking.
