What you will do

• Transform raw data into actionable strategic insights to guide critical commercial decisions.
• Architect and monitor robust KPI frameworks to assess business health and performance trends.
• Build and optimize predictive machine learning models to uncover behavioral drivers and revenue opportunities.
• Translate complex technical findings into compelling narratives to influence senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Product, and Engineering teams to define global data standards and consumption guidelines.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in decision enablement roles with a focus on user retention for consumer-facing tech companies.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, and ML tools (Sci-kit Learn, Pytorch, Spark, Vertex AI).
• Experience with anomaly detection, counterfactual modelling, classification, clustering, and geo-localised experimentation.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including CRM, paid search, social media, and content marketing.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Berlin, Germany.
