What you will do

• Work closely with Business and Finance teams to understand goals, challenges, and data needs, translating broad questions into structured analytical approaches.
• Build and maintain intuitive dashboards, clearly and reduce manual reporting effort.
• Write efficient SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data for deep dives, hypothesis validation, and recurring analytical needs.
• Act as an analytical partner for cross functional stakeholders, communicating insights effectively and managing and prioritizing incoming data requests.
• Improve metric definitions, documentation, and reporting consistency to enhance overall data quality and reliability.
• Identify data or process gaps, recommend improvements, and support the rollout of new dashboards, data models, and analytical tools.

Requirements

• Very good analytical thinking with the ability to translate business questions into structured analytical approaches.
• Proficiency in Tableau for building and maintaining dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and in‑depth analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities to partner cross‑functionally and prioritize requests.
• Experience improving metric definitions, documentation, and reporting frameworks to enhance data quality.
• Ability to identify data/process gaps and support the implementation of new dashboards, data models, and analytical tools.
