What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to support data-driven decision-making.
• Design and maintain the product metrics framework and build dashboards using BI tools.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to validate feature assumptions and evaluate product performance.
• Design and implement ETL pipelines and data models for end-to-end analytics.
• Promote data quality, event logging design, and consistency across the product team.
• Investigate hypotheses and explain trends in product metrics following releases.

Requirements

• Must be based in one of the listed office locations: Netherlands, Serbia, Germany, Cyprus, Spain, Czech Republic, Poland, or Armenia.
• Expertise in statistics, data analysis, and data visualization.
• Extensive experience with SQL and Python.
• At least two years of experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong data engineering skills, including ETL and pipeline design.
• Ability to distill complex analyses into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with developer tools, DevOps, or CI/CD workflows.
• Background in A/B testing and experiment design.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate analytics workflows.
