TL;DR

What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for 2,500+ users across 40+ sites, triaging and resolving technical issues.
- Manage the end-to-end ticket lifecycle within HaloITSM, ensuring proper categorization and prioritization.
- Handle hardware and software troubleshooting across a wide range of platforms and the in-house system Evolve.
- Execute onboarding and offboarding processes, including building, configuring hardware, and setting up accounts.
- Create technical documentation and guide users through effective fixes to improve overall technology processes.
- Monitor systems and respond to alerts in collaboration with the wider IT team to ensure minimal downtime.
Requirements
- Experience in 1st line IT support or service desk environments.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune.
- Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Stansted, UK.
