What you will do

• Design and build multi-agent AI systems capable of self-planning and executing complex, multi-step workflows without human intervention.
• Build AI coding agents into the internal SDLC to automate code generation, script refactoring, and automated code reviews.
• Develop intelligent agents that automatically generate, run, and fix integration and end-to-end tests based on code changes.
• Create agentic workflows to monitor production logs, identify anomalies, and autonomously execute initial triage and root-cause analysis.
• Implement robust function-calling architectures and memory persistence frameworks for secure agent interaction with databases and APIs.
• Build strict deterministic guardrails to prevent infinite loops or unauthorized code execution in production environments.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering roots in Python, Go, or Java.
• Deep, hands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or custom-built agent loops.
• Deep understanding of AI concepts like ReAct, Plan-and-Solve, and multi-agent collaboration.
• Proven track record of building custom AI development tools and maximizing developer velocity.
• English: C1+ (Exceptional written and spoken skills).
• Location: Must be based in Europe.
