TL;DR
Forward Deployed Engineer (AI): Building and deploying scalable AI-driven agentic platforms and LLM-powered agents within client environments with an accent on orchestration, RAG pipelines, and enterprise integration. Focus on designing multi-agent systems, solving complex deployment challenges across cloud and hybrid environments, and operationalising AI for business impact.
Location: Must be based in Italy; requires frequent travel to client sites within Europe.
Salary: £75,000–£95,000 + bonus

What you will do
- Build, implement, and deploy agentic platforms and LLM-powered agents in client environments.
- Architect LLM orchestration using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
- Design and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using enterprise data sources.
- Integrate AI platforms with APIs, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
- Configure Kubernetes and design deployment architectures for cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to solve real business problems.
Requirements
- Must be based in Italy.
- At least 8 years of commercial experience at a Senior Engineer level.
- Proven experience designing agentic platforms using Python and modern AI frameworks.
- Experience implementing multi-agent systems (tool use, workflow orchestration, memory).
- Proficiency in configuring Kubernetes and deploying workloads.
- Strong consulting experience for planning and executing complex client engagements.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Golang.
- Frontend experience with React.
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes.
