AI Solutions Engineer (Professional Services)

What you will do

• Build AI agents to automate complex data mapping, schema conversion, and code migration tasks.
• Design Configuration Agents to auto-generate documentation and environment setups for product deployments.
• Develop autonomous AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
• Audit Professional Services workflows to identify high-impact AI opportunities and perform cost-benefit analyses.
• Implement LLM Ops for PS-specific agentic solutions following AI Architecture Standards.
• Lead the strategy and delivery of agentic service offerings leveraging MCP servers to connect AI agents with enterprise data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting Professional Services delivery or consulting in a software or SaaS environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong proficiency in Python with experience building AI-enabled workflows or internal accelerators.
• Practical experience implementing Generative AI solutions, including RAG, vector databases, and API-based integrations.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex.
