What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain internal platforms serving People, Finance, Ops, and Engineering teams.
- Develop API-first integrations connecting HRIS, CRM, and finance systems into a unified ecosystem.
- Build AI and LLM-powered features to automate internal workflows, reporting, and content generation.
- Own features end-to-end, from architecture and implementation to deployment and monitoring.
- Maintain high performance and reliability standards to support company growth.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical best practices across the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, specifically with internal tools or business systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, TypeScript, Node.js, or Java.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS/Azure), Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, data modelling, and SQL.
- Proven experience building API integrations between third-party SaaS platforms.
- Ability to deliver results independently in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Temporal or Airflow.
- Frontend development skills using React or Next.js.
- Experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered features at scale.
- Background working at high-growth or AI-native companies.
