What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain internal platforms serving People, Finance, Ops, and Engineering teams.
• Develop API-first integrations connecting HRIS, CRM, and finance systems into a unified ecosystem.
• Build AI and LLM-powered features to automate internal workflows, reporting, and content generation.
• Own features end-to-end, from architecture and implementation to deployment and monitoring.
• Maintain high performance and reliability standards to support company growth.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive technical best practices across the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, specifically with internal tools or business systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Go, TypeScript, Node.js, or Java.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS/Azure), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, data modelling, and SQL.
• Proven experience building API integrations between third-party SaaS platforms.
• Ability to deliver results independently in ambiguous, high-growth environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Temporal or Airflow.
• Frontend development skills using React or Next.js.
• Experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered features at scale.
