Nanofabrication Process Technician (Quantum Hardware)

What you will do

• Execute production and R&D wafer fabrication according to approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Operate a wide range of nanofabrication equipment ensuring high standards of quality and traceability.
• Perform in-line process characterization using optical microscopy, profilometry, and reflectometry.
• Act as Tool Responsible for assigned equipment, performing routine inspections, calibrations, and first-level maintenance.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering and Integration teams to support technology development and production ramp-up.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase throughput and process robustness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, Microelectronics, or a relevant technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in semiconductor, microfabrication, or nanofabrication environments.
• Hands-on experience operating equipment in ISO cleanroom environments.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and follow SOPs with high rigor.
• Professional proficiency in English.
