Game Math Design Manager (iGaming)

Location: Hybrid role connected to the local office in Warsaw, Poland; candidates must be fully eligible to work full-time under a local employment contract in Poland.

What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of game mathematicians within the PlayDigital studio.
• Oversee the design and implementation of game math models and mechanics.
• Ensure games meet performance, balance, and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and prioritize mathematical development across multiple projects.
• Align game math development with global standards, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams on original games and online conversions of land-based games.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in game mathematics or related roles.
• Leadership experience with proven ability to lead teams and deliver successful game math models.
• Experience in iGaming and understanding of game performance drivers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Full eligibility to work in Poland under a local employment contract.
