What you will do

• Perform Value Stream Mapping to identify bottlenecks and implement Lean process improvements.
• Analyze and present key flow metrics (Cycle Time, Lead Time, Throughput) to drive squad accountability.
• Mentor development squads on flow-focused practices, self-organization, and psychological safety.
• Guide the adoption of modern engineering practices including SDLC, CI/CD, and test automation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and ensure alignment between roadmaps and delivery capacity.
• Facilitate department events to support collaboration and knowledge sharing across the technology community.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Lisbon
• 3+ years of experience in a dedicated delivery role (Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Flow Enablement Lead).
• Detailed knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Kanban, XP, Lean, and Scrum.
• Proven ability to interpret flow metrics to identify improvement areas and coach teams.
• Knowledge of technical subjects including architecture, SDLC, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with delivery management tools like JIRA, Miro, and Confluence.
